This Non-Disclosure Agreement ("Agreement") serves to protect the confidential information, proprietary concepts, and intellectual property shared between the parties involved. By reviewing the attached or provided materials, the receiving party implicitly agrees to be bound by the strict terms of this Agreement.
The receiving party agrees to hold all disclosed ideas, business models, technical information, and trade secrets in the strictest confidence. This confidential information shall not be used for any purpose other than the specific evaluation or business relationship authorized by the disclosing party. Furthermore, it shall not be distributed, disclosed, or shared with any third party without explicit prior written consent.
Any unauthorized use, reproduction, reverse engineering, implementation, or copying of the ideas, concepts, and intellectual property protected under this agreement is strictly prohibited. Be advised that any individuals, groups, or corporate entities found copying or stealing these ideas will be immediately sued and vigorously pursued to the fullest extent of the law by the legal team of Fisica Aplicada S.A.S.
